Another option is to mix one part of ACV with 2 parts of water, add honey as well and rub the affected area letting it stay on the skin for half an hour, then rinse with warm water. Repeat the treatment 2 times a day. Or, mix 2 tbsp. of ACV with 1 tsp. of honey. Drink it twice a day on regular basis.
